We are interested in joining a consortium to develop digital tools and control strategies for food processing . We could offer expertise in

- Dynamic Modeling and digital twin development for control of food processing
- Soft sensing to get information of unmeasured food properties
- Model based control, mode predictive control

We have been involved in several collaborative projects with food industry and digital twin development and process control of the 3D food printing.
