HAS green academy is a university of applied sciences with focus on agriculture, food and the living environment. Enough healthy food for a healthy world is our overall mission. One of our research programmes focusses on health and sustaibility of our food environment, consumer behaviour and our food supply . We offer expertise in nutrient profiling, FOP labeling, reformulation, monitoring of the food environment (supermarkte, Out of Home), and consumer behaviour.
