We offer 3D food printing experiments to produce nutritional formulations and functional compounds from food waste. We can optimize the formulations texturally and rheologically. We can deliver innovative food solutions in the field of sustainability.
Ondokuz Mayıs University (Samsun, Turkey) is an established State University founded in 1975 to make a contribution and bring a new breath to the Black Sea region of economic, cultural, and social life.
