I have a background of Food Science and Nutrition. I have extensively worked on Farm-to-Fork Approaches during PhD and developed exposure assessment models and meta-analysis capture the chemical component and nutrient influence in the final product.
I am interested in working on environmental aspects and empowering sustainable food choices.
Currently I supervise 4 PhD students in the area of sustainability food production.
