Topic 2: New foods – Fostering innovations in food design, processing and supply via demand-and-supply reorientation
We are a research group specialising in the phytochemistry of plant and other natural origin materials, the formulation of various natural product preparations, and their quality determination. We are interested in joining a consortium for Topic 2 of this call: Fostering innovations in food design, processing, and supply. Our expertise includes developing and validating various chromatographic assays, determining phytochemical profiles, and antioxidant activity markers and developing sustainable products using plant-based fractions and ingredients.
