Topic 2: New foods – Fostering innovations in food design, processing and supply via demand-and-supply reorientation
We are interested to join a consortium, we have expertise in the life cycle assessment (LCA) of novel foods, techno-economic analysis and social LCA of foods. We have also 600m2 of food pilot plant, formulation and sensory analysis Labs dedicated for novel foods.
Institut supérieur d'agriculture Rhône-Alpes (ISARA) is a French engineering University created in 1968 and educating engineers in agronomy, food and environmental sciences. Located in Lyon, as well as in Avignon since 2017, the ISARA is a member of the University of Lyon Group.
