We are interested in developing Topic 3 – “Empowering sustainable food choices – Enabling environments and dietary shifts” through collaborations with research organizations or private institutions.
We aim to participate in a consortium dedicated to creating new food environments where healthy and sustainable options would become accessible to a wide range of social groups, fostering food literacy and awareness among consumers.
Through our communication channels and strategic network, we contribute to:
• Promoting healthy eating habits and plant-based diets, focused on vegetables, legumes, grains, and organic products, while simultaneously reducing environmental and climate impact. This includes the adoption of ethical marketing policies aimed at raising consumer awareness about the urgent need for these dietary changes.
• Making healthy and eco-sustainable cooperative foods and wines more accessible across Italy and Europe, contributing to the preservation and enhancement of our gastronomic heritage.
• Facilitating the transition towards sustainable food consumption, particularly for vulnerable groups, and stimulating the creation of new employment opportunities through the development of innovative food environments.

Qui Da Noi L.C. is an organization that aims to leverage the nutritional potential of cooperative foods and wines to transform Italian food environments. We coordinate different Italian agricultural cooperatives standing out for their natural, safe production of food and wine products, and their strong social impact. In fact, many of them actively promote social inclusion by helping workers from peripheral communities and vulnerable social groups, towards a Fair Trade model that fosters equity and sustainability. We recognize the innate power in the enogastronomic heritage within our agricultural cooperatives - foods and wines that are naturally healthy, healthy and eco-sustainable. Our main goal is to make all of these excellences accessible to everyone. We are committed to inspiring consumers to adopt healthier and more sustainable food habits by enhancing their food literacy through the digital transformation of cooperatives, technological tools and dedicated physical places. We are shaping this vision through an e-commerce set to launch in March 2025. Quidanoi.coop will offer consumers access to a wide selection of food cooperative excellences, while also providing valuable insights into food literacy through our blog and support. Furthermore, over the next three years, we plan to establish a branded shop network in major cities across Italy. These places will serve as welcoming hubs of tasting with a portfolio of experiential travel opportunities. Qui DA Noi L.C. combines its established knowledge in sustainable food cooperative productions and distribution with the expertise of Node Soc . Coop the Digital Innovation Hub of Confcooperative – The Confederazione Cooperative Italiane, a primary national association representing, assisting, protecting the italian co-operative movement. Node offers specialized services to businesses, with a particular focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and the third sector, supporting digitalization and promoting technological innovation. As a Digital Innovation Hub recognized by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, Node facilitates the connection between businesses and digital innovation. Node assists companies in their digital transformation with tailored and customized technological solutions, promoting the use of innovative tools such as big data, the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity systems, while ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations and international standards like ISO 27001.
