Topic 1: The way towards sustainable and resilient food systems
Raymare Biotechnology is involved in projects that increase agricultural productivity, reduce environmental impacts and offer innovative approaches with sustainable agriculture and biotechnology solutions. Raymare actively seeks partners for collaboration projects that are in line with its goals with FutureFoodS.
Our primary focus areas for collaboration are:
• Drought and Climate Resilient Agricultural Systems: Developing solutions to reduce the impacts of climate change on agricultural production.
• Extraction and Use of Bioactive Compounds: Preserving bioactive compounds from plant and agricultural sources with sustainable methods and using them in agricultural and food sectors as effective formulations.
• Waste Management and Circular Economy Models: Evaluating wastes obtained from agricultural production processes and developing innovative waste management systems that close production cycles and minimize environmental impacts.
• Carbon Footprint Reduction: Promoting low-emission technologies and sustainable production processes to reduce the carbon footprint of agricultural practices.
• Safe Food Production and Shelf Life Extension: Development of innovative technologies to increase product safety, extend shelf life and reduce additive use by using bioactive and natural ingredients in the food sector.
• Soil Health and Biodiversity: Development of natural fertilizers, soil conditioners and biostimulants that support soil microbiota and preserve biodiversity.

Raymare is a biotechnology company operating within ITU ARI Teknokent, established with the support of TUBITAK BIGG(Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye) and Global Cleantech Innovation Programme (GCIP), UNIDO cooperation, programs. Raymare is also a growing SME in agriculture and biotechnology with innovative solutions. Our research and development activities focus on sustainability and innovation in agriculture and food sciences. While supporting the production of climate change-resistant, safe and healthy food with our natural ingredients and controlled release system, we focus on increasing agricultural productivity and reducing environmental impacts. In addition, in line with circular economy models, we make agricultural by-products valuable with sustainable processing methods.
