We aim to collaborate on building sustainable and resilient food systems through the co-development of precision agriculture tools, such as novel sensors, and the implementation of IoT solutions to optimize resource use. Additionally, we bring expertise in the design and development of innovative products tailored to the agri-food sector, including scalable solutions that enhance productivity and sustainability. Our focus extends to the valorization of agricultural by-products using circular economy principles, transforming waste into valuable inputs. We also prioritize capacity building through training stakeholders on sustainable practices, Agriculture 4.0, and precision farming technologies, while enhancing food system resilience by developing strategies to adapt to climate change and external shocks. Finally, we emphasize international partnerships with academic, research, and private organizations to foster innovation and scalability in advancing sustainability within the agri-food sector.

At Innovatione AgroFood Design (IAFD), we are dedicated to advancing sustainable practices across the entire agri-food value chain. As a global group, our work spans three primary areas: Research and Development (R&D+i), agri-food engineering, and specialized consulting in food safety and internal process improvement. With our headquarters in Valladolid, Spain, we are expanding our footprint in Latin America, including a newly established branch in Colombia. To date, we have fostered over 67 collaborations and implemented more than 175 projects, each reinforcing our commitment to a sustainable and innovative agri-food sector.
