Topic 1: The way towards sustainable and resilient food systems
My chosen topic is 1 but I am also open to other topics (2 and 3). I have worked with food systems transformation in the last 10 years, covering food waste issues, by-product valorization, cultured meat, consumer behaviors etc....
My research interests are related to sustainable food production and consumption through the lens of innovation studies, management studies, governance, stakeholder theory, and sustainability transitions. I strive to understand systemic challenges and sustainability paradoxes in food system transformations.
Norwegian Institute of Bioeconomy Research (NIBIO) is to contribute to food security and safety, sustainable resource management, innovation and value creation through research and knowledge production within food, forestry and other biobased industries.
