We have developed the open-source sustainable 2LabsToGo to find healthy or harmful compounds in the food samples. So we can conclude which food is a better choice. It is important to reduce the hazardous compounds in food products, finally found in nature.
I am Professor in Food Science at Justus Liebig University in Germany.
