We are an analyical chemistry group with 25 years of LC-MS experience offering expertise in mass spectrometry based metabolomics. We have published in excess of 200 papersin this field over the last 20 years. We offer state of the art UHPLC Orbitrap and ion mobility mass spectrometry to solve more demanding scientific questions. Our group investigated previously mainly plant based products with a focus on polyphenolics and small peptides fin food processing with a focus on black tea, coyoa, coffee, brassicas and fabaceaes. We have specialized further in novel compound identification based on mass spectrometry and multivariate statistical analysis of LC-MS metabolomic data.
