In Protiberia we are interested in joining a consortium in Topic 1: The way towards sustainable and resilient food systems and Topic 2: New foods – Fostering innovations in food design, processing and supply via demand and supply reorientation.
We are looking for collaborative projects focused on insect-based food, enhancing sustainability and innovative solutions.

Protiberia is a biotech SME located in a rural area of Spain. We work with the insect Tenebrio molitor (mealworm) transforming agrological by-products into high quality protein and fat and producing organic fertilizer. We develop new tchnologies to improve insect production too.
