We are interested in the acceptance of novel, unconventional protein sources such as insect-based foods. We would like to explore how food and packaging design can help encourage people to try-out and continue to use such alternatives. We have a strong track-record in affective engineering (a.k.a. Kansei) as well as design-for-behaviour change.
Team could include: dr. Simon Schütte (kansei), prof. Renee Wever (packaging / food waste / design for behaviour change), dr. Babak Nemat (packaging / design for behaviour change), Elena Jimenez Romanillos (packaging / design for behaviour change)
