Topic 1: The way towards sustainable and resilient food systems
We are interested in joining a consortium for topic 1. We are a research group that focuses on sustainable and resilient food systems from a supply chain, business model and stakeholder theory perspective. We work with different methods such as case study, LCA, and surveys to explore the establishment and expansion of short food supply chains and local food business models.
