We are interested in participating in a consortium as partners, supporting the development of a proposal focused on behavioral change towards sustainable diets that emphasize a greater presence and variety of vegetables (plant-based diets). We have extensive experience in designing and evaluating behavioral change interventions, as well as in assessing social impact and the social acceptance of innovative solutions. We are a potential partner with a comprehensive background in interdisciplinary research.
