Topic 2: Towards diverse, sustainable and circular food processing systems
We offer our expertise and infrastructure and actively seek to join collaborative research and innovation projects in the field. Our strengths include chromatographical profiling of plant-derived compounds, advanced analysis of phytochemicals, purification and enrichment of proanthocyanidins from diverse plant matrices, and studies of antioxidant activity using in vitro and applied models. We offer expertise in innovative pharmaceutical formulations that converge pharmaceutical sciences and functional foods. We are interested in contributing these capabilities to international consortia and industry–academia partnerships focused on developing scientifically validated, high-quality bioactive ingredients and functional food solutions.
