Topic 1: Domestic food practices for enhancing sustainable and healthy diets
E3D-Environnement is currently seeking to join a consortium to contribute under Topic 1: “Domestic food practices for enhancing sustainable and healthy diets.” Our interest lies in co-developing and implementing robust, scalable protocols to support household-level transitions, taking a systemic approach that integrates food safety, cultural practices, nutritional needs and consumer behaviour. Depending on the consortium’s design and objectives, this approach could also include upstream and downstream actors such as producers and distributors, in order to better align household practices with broader food system dynamics. We aim to contribute our expertise in citizen engagement, real-life experimentation and evaluation of behavioural change, in close collaboration with research and operational partners.
E3D-Environnement is a mission-driven organisation dedicated to supporting society in building a future where the preservation of the planet’s major ecological balances becomes a shared norm. Our work aims to enable citizens and decision-makers to act together in an eco-responsible way, step by step, towards a more sustainable and desirable future.
We are specialised in large-scale citizen engagement and behavior change for sustainability, and we design and deploy innovative engagement mechanisms based on behavioral sciences, digital technologies and data-driven approaches. Our solutions have been successfully implemented in numerous local authorities in France and abroad (Jordan, Tunisia, Spain, ...), including within European projects (Step-by-Step and MED-InA) , demonstrating their ability to trigger measurable and lasting changes in eco-responsible practices.
E3D-Environnement works closely with public and territorial stakeholders to support sustainable transitions through citizen-centered, scalable and evidence-based methodologies.
