CellAg Germany is interested in joining a consortium working on projects that investigate the psychological and communication dynamics shaping consumer acceptance of alternative proteins. This includes, but is not restricted to, research questions such as: Which food labels are most accepted within EU regulatory constraints? How should information be presented on packaging to build clarity and trust? Which marketing and branding approaches (e.g., health, convenience, sustainability) most effectively drive consumer adoption?
As a trusted non-profit, we ensure independent, evidence-based dissemination to NGOs, startups, policymakers, and the broader public—maximizing the uptake and real-world impact of project results.
