To produce white fish meal from by-chatch fishing operations and to use this meal in food for human consumption.
My colleagues and I work as academic staff at Sinop University (Sinop University, Faculty of Fisheries). Additionally, all of my colleagues are members of the Black Sea Environmental and Marine Research Association (bsemar.com). We can participate in relevant projects both as an NGO and as a university.
