Topic 2: Towards diverse, sustainable and circular food processing systems
We are offering our expertise as a Technology Provider and potential Work Package Leader for AI & Digitalization. We have developed a project concept titled "Resi-FoodAI", which focuses on a Digital Twin platform for food supply chain resilience.
We are looking for a consortium or partners, specifically:
* Food Research Institutes: To provide biological parameters for food spoilage models.
* End-Users (Pilot Implementers): Large-scale food processing plants or retailers for real-world testing.
* Social Science Partners: To analyze consumer trust and behavioral impacts.
FORENSOFT is an R&D-focused SME based in Ankara, Türkiye, specializing in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Computer Vision solutions. While we have a strong background in defense and industrial digitalization, we are adapting our core competencies—specifically predictive analytics, image processing, and secure big data management—to the food sector.
Our proposed contribution, Resi-FoodAI, aims to create an AI-driven "Digital Twin" & Decision Support System to predict food spoilage, optimize logistics routes, and ensure quality control via autonomous visual inspection systems. We offer proven expertise in data ingestion from IoT/SCADA systems and developing secure dashboards for risk management.
