I am Dr. Beatriz Cabanillas, a tenured scientist working in the fields of Food Allergy, Food Safety, and Food Processing, with an h-index of 32, more than 70 scientific publications, and over 5,000 citations. I am currently seeking partners to apply jointly to the Future Foods call.
Our laboratory is specialized in the analysis of allergenic content from a wide variety of foods using specific antibodies and multiple relevant analytical assays, as well as in assessing the allergenic potential of foods in different relevant experimental models. This expertise has broad potential applications across multiple topics framed within the Future Foods 2025 call.
