Topic 2: Towards diverse, sustainable and circular food processing systems
We are seeking university or industrial partners to apply to the Future Foods program. Our project will envisage the use of hydrogen-assisted technologies to preserve seafood through modified-atmosphere packaging and drying methods. We need a partner with infrastructure and expertise in seafood preservation and quality parameter analyses, including, but not limited to, HPLC, LC-MS, and GC-MS.
