We have expertise in the preservation of foods and crops using modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) and its emerging version, H2-assisted MAP (also called Reducing Atmosphere Packaging (RAP)). We are also working on the drying of foods, crops, spices, herbs, and other plant and animal materials using conventional drying and its emerging variant, hydrogen-assisted drying (Reducing-atmosphere drying (RAD)). Additionally, we are working on extracting bioactive compounds using a hydrogen-rich solvent, an emerging method.
