We are currently preparing a project proposal under Topic 2. At this stage, there are two partner companies from Türkiye, and we are looking for partners from Europe to collaborate on this project.

The project focuses on the development of post-harvest analysis devices based on new technological approaches and technological improvements in post-harvest supply chains. It also addresses reducing post-harvest fresh fruit and vegetable losses at the producer, retail, and household levels, the use of IoT and artificial intelligence in post-harvest processes for storage pest and disease detection and product quality analysis, and the modernisation and optimisation of post-harvest machinery, including smart crates and intelligent tracking systems.
