Topic 2: Towards diverse, sustainable and circular food processing systems
We are open to partnering with universities, research institutes, SMEs, large industry, public bodies and civil society organisations under the FutureFoodS Call, any topic.
We are interested in contributing as an industry partner to research and innovation projects focused on circular food processing, sustainable and healthy food provision, reduction of food and packaging waste, low-impact logistics, and improved nutrition outcomes in public-sector food environments, especially schools. We welcome collaboration where project concepts, leadership and coordination are led by research or innovation partners, with Dunsters Farm providing real-world settings, data, operational insight and routes to implementation and scale.
Organisations seeking an experienced, research-engaged SME with strong reach into the education food sector are encouraged to get in touch.
