Topic 1: Domestic food practices for enhancing sustainable and healthy diets
I am interested in establishing a multidisciplinary project consortium under FutureFoodS Topic 1, focused on domestic food practices and the promotion of sustainable healthy diets at household level. The project concept aims to address consumer behavior, food safety, nutritional quality and accessibility of sustainable food options, with particular attention to vulnerable groups and local contexts.
I seek cooperation with partners willing to co-develop the project concept, contribute to work package design, and jointly implement research activities, pilot actions and dissemination measures supporting positive dietary shifts. I am particularly interested in long-term collaboration based on complementary expertise and active involvement throughout the project lifecycle.
