Altınova Municipality
Altınova Municipality will participate in the project as an Associated Partner and self-funded entity. Restaurants, catering companies, and similar mass food production facilities within Altınova district obtain vegetables from the wholesale vegetable and fruit market in Yalova city center. The municipality will conduct one-on-one meetings with these businesses to announce the "Clean Vegetables – Safe Table" Certification and Service Model. It will explain the advantages of the washing system. It will provide a conference hall for project presentation and "Clean Vegetables – Safe Table" Certification and Service Model training. If positive feedback is received from consumers within the district after the project or related work packages, the municipality will install a washing system for household consumers, developed within the project, using its own resources. It will also set up a stand in the central vegetable and fruit market in Altınova district for at least 3 months (on market days) to provide information and promote the project.
