We are looking for a project partner with expertise in circular business models and scenario-based sustainability assessment, capable of integrating environmental and socio-economic indicators into process scale-up and adoption roadmaps, and translating evidence into actionable science-to-policy and industry recommendations. With a complementary consortium, we aim to valorise plant by-products by developing upcycled food ingredients and promoting their sustainable adoption in the food industry, integrating environmental, socio-economic, and regulatory assessments.
