Drawing on our successful Future Food Lab initiative, Lichen offers a proven methodology to strengthen trust and integrity within the food value chain. We specialize in citizen participation and empowerment processes to tackle systemic challenges, as well as in awareness-raising and communication of complex issues such as food systems. Our goal is to translate technical complexity into accessible knowledge, promoting a culture of transparency where information regarding food origin and quality drives real consumer commitment.
