Topic 1: Domestic food practices for enhancing sustainable and healthy diets
We seek to participate in a consortium as a partner (either as WP leader or as a collaborator across several WPs), contributing through case studies in France and EU islands under Topic 1: Domestic food practices for enhancing sustainable and healthy diets. Four main contribution ideas:
1) The role of social media in shaping consumer perceptions of food, domestic food practices, sustainable diets, consumer behavior, and household food choices, using qualitative and quantitative social media analyses.
2) The significance of sociocultural, demographic, economic factors, and environmnetal awareness in promoting the adoption of sustainable food choices, using discrete choice models for specific groups such as urban vs. rural youth and by gender.
3) The role of urban agriculture as a social enterprise to explore and develop strategies to improve access to nutritional options for a wider range of households among vulnerable populations in urban regions.
4) Art-based research in the link beteen swift in the food choice, and environmental concerns.
University of Grenoble, CNRS, Pacte 'Environment' team members have extensive research experience in art-based methodologies, as well as qualitative and quantitative research methods on behaviour analyses that are linked to agriculture, food, and the environment.
