Topic 1: Domestic food practices for enhancing sustainable and healthy diets
I am a nutrition and epidemiology researcher with experience on food environments, dietary assessment, and identification of dietary behaviors and dietary patterns in populations. In my current role as an assistant professor at the Copernicus Institute of Sustainable Development, I combine research on sustainable food systems, healthy diets and human health.
The Copernicus Institute of sustainable Development, Utrecht University, is a vibrant international research community that aims to help accelerate the transition to a sustainable society. We do this by developing excellent and relevant knowledge, collaborating with citizens, politicians, policymakers, NGOs and firms to learn from each other and influence decision-making, and by educating the change agents of the future.
