Topic 2: Towards diverse, sustainable and circular food processing systems
We are keen to join an existing consortium or explore forming a new one under the frameworks of Topic 1 and Topic 2. Through this initiative, we aim to create food systems that deliver dietary change and empower food producers to adopt practices that strengthen economic, social, and environmental sustainability.
Our main areas of expertise and interest lie in the optimal utilization of resources for developing ingredients, food, and feed products. We bring experience across various stages of the food supply chain, including biotechnology, nutrition, circular economy, bioprocessing, waste management, and quality assessment (sensorial and chemical analyses), product development, shelf-life testing, packaging, regulations and commercialization processes. Additionally, we have infrastructure and laboratory facilities to produce prototype products for human consumption.
