Topic 1: Domestic food practices for enhancing sustainable and healthy diets
We are interested in collaborating on projects that investigate domestic food practices to enhance sustainable and healthy diets. We can contribute expertise in life cycle assessment, sustainability evaluation, and circular bioeconomy strategies to support systemic approaches at the household level, including food safety, cultural practices, nutritional needs, and consumer behaviour.
