The project will integrate technological innovation, digital solutions, sustainability sciences, and socio-economic analysis to reshape how food is processed, valorised, and circulated within modern supply chains.
We offer strong interdisciplinary expertise in sustainability, circular economy, food processing innovation, and resource efficiency, supported by experience in developing valorisation technologies, integrating digital tools, and conducting comprehensive environmental and policy assessments. Our team brings proven capabilities in coordinating international research collaborations, providing access to industry networks, and facilitating real-world pilot testing.
