Our institution (CRIFFC) specializes in food analysis and quality assessment, with strong expertise in laboratory-based research and applied projects. We have extensive experience in EU-funded programs such as Horizon Europe and PRIMA, and we actively contribute to interdisciplinary projects that address sustainability challenges. While our core competence lies in food science and analysis, we also collaborate with technology providers to integrate digital tools, AI-based solutions, and innovative approaches into the agri-food sector.
