Topic 1: Domestic food practices for enhancing sustainable and healthy diets
We are interested in joining international consortia as a research partner. Our cooperation focus is on applying advanced digital solutions, data analytics, and innovative methodologies to support sustainable food systems. We aim to collaborate with universities, research institutes, and industry partners to develop projects that combine food analysis expertise with cutting-edge technology.
Our institution (CRIFFC) specializes in food analysis and quality assessment, with strong expertise in laboratory-based research and applied projects. We have extensive experience in EU-funded programs such as Horizon Europe and PRIMA, and we actively contribute to interdisciplinary projects that address sustainability challenges. While our core competence lies in food science and analysis, we also collaborate with technology providers to integrate digital tools, AI-based solutions, and innovative approaches into the agri-food sector. This complementary expertise allows us to play a bridging role between food research and technological innovation.
