Topic 3: Importance of trust and transparency
RISE is interested in Topic 3: Trust and transparency in sustainable food systems and can contribute by:
• Performing and linking sustainability assessments (LCA/MCDA) to digital traceability systems.
• Running co-creation processes with producers, retailers, consumers and authorities around sustainability claims, labels and communication.
• Applying a systems perspective to identify leverage points where improved transparency and trust lead to better sustainability outcomes.
