INIAV is a leading research institution in Portugal, with expertise in sustainable agriculture, food systems, and biobased innovation. Our station conducts research on environmental performance, resource efficiency, and circular bioeconomy strategies both in livestock and crop production systems. Our team of 120+ scientists provides scientific expertise to integrate sustainability assessment with data-driven approaches to support healthier and more sustainable food production and consumption practices.
