Topic 2: New foods – Fostering innovations in food design, processing and supply via demand-and-supply reorientation
We are very interested in participating in this call, as we have experience in partnership projects. Our team consists of engineers, doctors, researchers, and university professors specializing in various disciplines, including agriculture, agroforestry, organic farming, eco-agriculture, IT, AI, robotics, and industrial food processing.
The Higher Institute of Technological Studies of Sfax is a Public Tunisian multi-discipline Institute, founded in 1992, and belongs to the ISET Network. ISET of Sfax is located in the city of Sfax in Tunisia. It contains four departments (Economics and Management Sciences, computer science, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Process Engineering) and has many full-time undergraduate bachelor’s degrees in addition to a master's degree in different specialties.
The academic team of ISET SFAX is made up of more than 270 teacher-researchers in different disciplines: industrial engineering (mechanical, electrical, electronics, metal construction, robotics, energy, .), civil engineering, chemistry, agriculture, agri-food, IT, AI, economy, management, culture, sport, circular economy, water, green energy, Eco-design, ecosystem,…
ISET of Sfax has more than 2100 students. It has many laboratories and many training and certification centers.
