My name is Dr. Julio Madrigal Matute, and I am a Ramón y Cajal Researcher and Group Leader of the NutriAging laboratory at the University of Valencia. My main research focus is on the role of nutrition in modulating autophagy and its connection to the origin and development of metabolic diseases, such as cardiovascular diseases (CVD) and cancer.
I would be delighted to contribute my research expertise in the fields of nutrition, metabolism, autophagy, and chronic diseases to the consortium.
Thank you very much for your attention.
Best regards,
Julio
