We are particularly interested in addressing challenges in food systems by mitigating yield and quality losses caused by biotic stresses, enhancing sustainability through innovative disease management practices and ensuring food safety.
The research activities of the Department of Agriculture and Forest sciences (DAFNE) of Tuscia university focus on sustainable development in the agricultural, food, forestry, and environmental sectors, pursued through an interdisciplinary, multidisciplinary, and transdisciplinary approach.
