Topic 2: New foods – Fostering innovations in food design, processing and supply via demand-and-supply reorientation
I and my group have been working on plant-based foods (dairy alternatives) for more than 3 years and our lab facility is well suited to organize new projects. I have supervised more than 5 postgraduate theses and national projects. However, I am not familiar with EU projects and just looking for a possible role as a contributor in a consortium.
