We are looking for a partner for the project in which we aim to develop capacity to increase food waste awareness. The project will be about healthy nutrition seminars, agricultural field tours, menu improvements to increase nutritional content and reduce waste, and issues that will reduce waste in different countries and gastronomy businesses. We aim to strengthen sustainable food preferences by ensuring that local food and beverage businesses and cooperatives comply with sustainable gastronomy criteria.
Our university and gastronomy department are working on food waste-loss and sustainability.Our university is the only authorized institution in our country to provide training on GSTC sustainability criteria for tourism businesses.
